Portable mosquito repeller for outdoor use

The Metra MR300G creates a 15-foot zone of protection against mosquitoes without sprays or lotions. No cords or batteries are required for operation.

Thermals noise and power draw

The repeller operates without cords or batteries by using a compact fuel cartridge that provides 12 hours of continuous power. Repellent mats change color when replacement is needed after approximately 4 hours of use. The scent-free system produces no smoke, flames, or harsh odors during normal operation. Maximum protection is reached within 15 minutes of activation.

Questions about this item

How do I install the MR300G and what step do people often miss?

Insert a repellent mat under the grill, snap the 12-hour fuel cartridge into the base, then turn the knob to start the butane flow and press the ignition button; the step many skip is waiting the full 15 minutes for the 15-foot protection zone to become fully effective.

What maintenance or replacement will the MR300G need later?

Each unscented repellent mat lasts up to 4 hours and changes color when depleted; the 12-hour fuel cartridge also runs out after 12 hours of use, so keep spare mats and cartridges on hand for longer outings.

What limit shows up first during sustained use of the MR300G?

The repellent mats expire first at 4 hours per mat, requiring a mat change three times before the 12-hour fuel cartridge is empty.
