Metra X01 15° Curved Telescopic Car Wash Brush 43" Aluminum Chenille Exterior Care

15° Curved Telescopic Brush for High Reach

The Metra X01 is a 43-inch telescopic car wash brush built for cleaning roofs and tall panels on vans, trucks, boats and RVs. Its 15-degree curved aluminium rod reduces the height needed to reach overhead surfaces, while the 90-degree rotating head lets you adjust the angle without stretching or bending. The chenille microfiber head measures 28 by 15 centimetres and carries 4-centimetre bristles designed to hold soap and release dirt without scratching paint.

Replaces Fixed-Length Straight Brushes

A fixed straight pole forces you to stand closer and reach higher, which strains the back and often leaves roof centres untouched. The three-section telescopic rod extends to 59, 85 or 110 centimetres so you can match the length to the vehicle height and the job. The 15-degree bend and 90-degree rotation together eliminate the awkward wrist positions that come with straight handles, making the upgrade worthwhile whenever you regularly wash high-sided vehicles.

Tool-Free Assembly with Locking Sections

The rod slides into the mop head socket and locks when the two arrows align; a press of the release button separates the parts for compact storage. The thickened aluminium alloy sections stay rigid at full 110-centimetre extension, but over-tightening the buckle can strip the threads. Rinse the 4-centimetre chenille head thoroughly after each use to flush out trapped grit, then air-dry in shade to prevent the microfiber from matting.
