Dual vacuum and blower for workshop and vehicle

The MetroVac VM12500 Vac N Blo combines a 500W handheld vacuum with a power blower in one 120V unit. It targets users who need portable suction and directed airflow for dust, debris and inflation tasks. The package includes a flexible hose, extension wand, crevice tool, dust brush, upholstery nozzle, inflator adaptor, shoulder strap and paper bags.

Black 6.25 lb housing

The handheld body weighs 6.25 lbs and carries a 1.58 ft flexible hose plus a 20 in extension wand for reach. A shoulder strap supports longer sessions while the included crevice tool, dust brush and Pik-All nozzle swap quickly for different surfaces. The inflator adaptor adds air-bed or tyre inflation without a separate compressor.

70 cfm airflow at 75 dB from 500W motor

The 500W motor delivers 70 cfm of suction or blowing force while operating at 75 dB. Running on 120V AC power avoids the limits of 12V DC cigarette-lighter models. Paper bags collect debris for simple disposal and the unit stores compactly between uses.

Questions about this item

What voltage standard does the 500W motor use and what does that limit?

The 120 V motor draws 500 W and delivers 70 cfm airflow at 75 dB, so it must be plugged into a mains outlet rather than a vehicle socket.

What hose length and wand length must the workspace accommodate?

The flexible hose is 1.58 ft long and the extension wand is 20 in, so allow at least that reach plus the 6.25 lb hand unit.

How is the unit switched between vacuum and blower modes?

Attach the 19 in hose to the intake for vacuuming with the crevice tool, dust brush or upholstery nozzle, or connect it to the exhaust port for blowing using the Magic Air inflator adaptor.
