500-Count Patty Paper Sheets

These 4.4-inch round sheets are designed for home cooks and small food businesses that press 4.5-inch burgers and want a clean release every time. The food-grade virgin wood pulp with double-sided silicone coating prevents sticking and helps lock in moisture during freezing. Each pack contains 500 sheets sealed in a zipper bag for sanitary storage between uses.

Heat Resistance Up to 450 Degrees

The single specification that decides suitability is the 450-degree heat rating for at least 20 minutes, covering grilling, baking, steaming and roasting. Sheets are greaseproof to Kit 7 grade and waterproof, so they withstand direct contact with hot surfaces and fatty meats without breaking down. Reuse each disc three to five times before discarding.

Thermals and Everyday Handling

In normal use the papers tolerate repeated exposure to 450-degree heat for 20-minute intervals without scorching or transferring fibres to food. The lightweight 0.205-kilogram pack adds negligible mass to prep stations and the zipper bag closes tightly to keep sheets dry and contaminant-free. No power draw or noise is involved.

Questions about this item

What does the 450 heat-resistance rating mean when I'm grilling burgers?

The sheets withstand temperatures up to 450 for at least 20 minutes, so they stay intact on a hot grill or in the oven while the patties cook.

How does the 4.4-inch diameter work with my 4.5-inch burger press?

The 4.4-inch discs sit neatly inside a 4.5-inch press, leaving a small gap at the edge so patties release cleanly without tearing the paper.

Will 500 sheets fit in my kitchen drawer?

The pack weighs 0.205 kg and comes in a zipper bag measuring roughly 4.4 inches across, so it stores flat in a standard drawer or cupboard.
