6.67" 120 Hz AMOLED 5G smartphone

The Mi 11i is an unlocked Android 11 handset built around a Snapdragon 888 5G chipset with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. A 108 MP triple camera system records 8K video at 30 fps. The 6.67 inch Super AMOLED panel runs at 120 Hz with HDR10+ and a 1300 nits peak brightness. Dual SIM standby and 5G SA/NSA support are included.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This device suits users who want a high-refresh OLED screen, flagship-tier 5G performance and a 108 MP main camera in a single-SIM or dual-SIM configuration. Buyers who need expandable storage via microSD cannot use this model. Shoppers requiring an official IP67 or IP68 water-resistance rating should consider other options.

Deciding specification: 256 GB UFS 3.1

The fixed 256 GB UFS 3.1 internal storage is the single specification that determines fit. If the workload demands more space than 256 GB or requires removable media, this handset will not meet the requirement. If 256 GB of fast internal storage is sufficient, the rest of the feature set aligns with flagship expectations.

Questions about this item

Will the 256 GB UFS 3.1 storage need expansion later?

The phone has no card slot, so the 256 GB internal capacity is fixed and cannot be expanded.

What limits the Snapdragon 888 during extended heavy use?

Sustained load on the 2.84 GHz and 2.42 GHz Kryo 680 cores will hit thermal throttling before the 8 GB RAM fills.

How hot and loud does the 196 g handset get when running all day?

The glass-and-metal body dissipates heat from the Adreno 660 GPU silently; surface temperature rises but no fan noise exists.
