What this tablet is and who it suits

The Mi Pad 6 is an 11-inch Android 13 tablet powered by the Snapdragon 870 5G chipset with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Its IPS LCD panel runs at 144 Hz, supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision, and reaches 550 nits brightness. The global version is Wi-Fi only with no cellular modem. It targets users who want a high-refresh media and productivity device without a phone contract.

What to verify before ordering

This unit has no SIM slot and no memory card slot, so storage cannot be expanded after purchase. Connectivity is limited to Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b bands; there is no 3.5 mm headphone jack and no cellular capability. The glass front uses Gorilla Glass 3 and the chassis is aluminium. Stylus input is supported via magnetic attachment, but the stylus itself is not confirmed in the data.

What it replaces and when the jump matters

The 144 Hz display and Snapdragon 870 combination replaces older 60 Hz tablets that struggle with smooth scrolling and stylus latency. The 256 GB UFS 3.1 configuration removes the storage ceiling found on 128 GB models. Buyers who need cellular data on the go or a headphone jack should look elsewhere, as this hardware omits both.

Questions about this item

What accessories are included with the Mi Pad 6 11" 144Hz tablet and what must be purchased separately?

The tablet ships with a USB-C cable and a power adapter in the box. The Xiaomi Smart Pen and keyboard folio are sold separately and attach magnetically.

Which memory and storage version of the Mi Pad 6 should I choose between the 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB options?

The 8GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 model gives more headroom for multitasking and large apps, while the 6GB/128GB version costs less if you store mainly media.

What does the 144Hz refresh rate mean for daily use on the 11" 2880x1800 display?

The 144Hz panel refreshes up to 144 times per second, so scrolling, stylus input and supported games look smoother than on a standard 60Hz screen.
