The 32 GB LPDDR5X memory is soldered to the board and cannot be upgraded or replaced.

The processor will throttle when its thermal envelope is reached, which is the first limit under continuous heavy load.

How loud and hot does the laptop get when running all day?

Under all-day use the cooling fan becomes audible and the chassis warms to the touch, while the Intel Core Ultra 7 366H manages power draw to stay within its thermal design.
