Compact Touch Laptop for Mobile Users

The Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2 is a 12.4-inch Windows 11 Home notebook with a 1536 x 1024 LCD touchscreen. It runs on an Intel Core i5-1135G7 quad-core processor at 2.4 GHz with 8 MB cache, 8 GB LPDDR4X memory and a 128 GB SSD. Integrated graphics handle everyday visual tasks.

Suits Light Productivity and Media Consumption

This configuration fits students or professionals who need a portable device for document work, web browsing and streaming. Buyers who require discrete graphics performance, more than 16 GB of memory or a larger display should consider other form factors.

Storage Capacity Decides Fit

The 128 GB SSD determines how many applications and files can reside locally. Users with large media libraries or heavy software suites will need external storage or cloud solutions to supplement the internal drive.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 12.4" 1536 x 1024 touchscreen and i5-1135G7 processor are working correctly after first boot?

Open Settings > System > Display to verify the 1536 x 1024 resolution and test touch response across the 12.4" panel, then check Device Manager > Processors to confirm the Intel Core i5-1135G7 quad-core 2.4GHz CPU with 8MB cache is listed and running without errors.

What accessories are included with the Sage laptop and what must I purchase separately for expanded connectivity?

The box contains the Surface Laptop Go 2 unit, its proprietary Surface Connect power adapter, and documentation; no USB-C hub, external monitor cable, or additional storage is supplied, so buy those separately if you need extra ports or a second display.

Which configuration should I choose if I want the Sage model with 8GB LPDDR4X memory and a 128GB SSD running Windows 11 Home?

Select the single listed version — part number 8QC-00026-C-RB — which delivers exactly 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, a 128GB solid-state drive, Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, 12.4" touchscreen, and Windows 11 Home in the Sage finish; no other capacity or colour options exist for this SKU.
