Refurbished Surface Laptop i7-7660U

This Microsoft Surface Laptop is a factory-recertified unit with an Intel Core i7-7660U processor, 16GB of memory and a 512GB SSD. The 13.5-inch touchscreen displays at 2256 x 1504 resolution using Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640. It ships with Windows 10 in S mode and includes 802.11ac Wi-Fi plus Bluetooth 4.0.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

The quad-core processor and 16GB RAM suit daily productivity, web browsing and media consumption on a 2.83 lbs chassis. Buyers who need discrete graphics for rendering, multiple external displays, or a laptop that ships with Windows 10 Pro instead of S mode should look elsewhere.

The deciding specification

The integrated Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 relies on shared system memory and cannot be upgraded. If your workflow requires a dedicated GPU with its own video memory, this is not the right part.
