1U Steel Blank Panel for 19-Inch Racks

This 1U blank panel fills an empty rack unit in a standard 19-inch enclosure. It is built from steel with a durable flat black powder coat finish. The flanged design provides a clean, professional appearance for server rooms, network closets, and AV installations.

Replaces Open Rack Spaces to Manage Airflow

Use this panel to cover unused rack openings that disrupt intended airflow patterns. It is a direct upgrade over leaving gaps exposed, which can cause hot air recirculation and reduce cooling efficiency. The jump is worth it whenever a rack unit is vacant and proper thermal management is required.

Mounts with Two Points on Standard Rails

The panel installs using two mounting points compatible with standard 19-inch rack rails. Its steel construction adds rigidity to the rack assembly without occupying usable depth. It frees up the full rack unit for future equipment while maintaining a finished look and structural integrity.
