Economical Ultra Quiet Fan Panel

The Middle Atlantic Economical Ultra Quiet Fan Panel is a rack-mount fan tray that delivers 100 CFM of airflow. It contains four fans in a black finish and ships as a single unit. A three-year limited warranty covers the panel.

Installers cooling network racks or AV cabinets

The panel suits technicians who need quiet, moderate airflow for standard equipment bays. It does not meet the needs of buyers who require higher static pressure or greater total airflow than 100 CFM.

100 CFM maximum air flow

The four-fan assembly moves up to 100 CFM, which determines whether the tray can dissipate the heat load of your specific rack. Verify that this airflow rating matches the thermal requirements of your installed gear.

Questions about this item

How often do the four fans in this Middle Atlantic fan panel need cleaning or replacement?

The panel contains four fans rated for continuous operation; dust buildup is the main maintenance item, so plan to vacuum the intake vents every six to twelve months depending on room air quality.

What limits airflow when the panel runs at its 100 CFM maximum for long periods?

The 100 CFM rating is the sustained maximum; restriction from cabinet grilles, filter media or back-pressure from other equipment will be the first bottleneck you encounter.

How much noise and heat does the unit add when it runs all day in a rack?

Described as ultra quiet, the four-fan assembly moves 100 CFM while adding minimal audible noise and negligible heat to the rack environment.
