Questions about this item

How much noise or heat does the 16-gauge aluminum vent panel add when it stays in the rack all day?

The passive 16-gauge aluminum panel has no moving parts, so it generates no noise and adds no heat of its own; it simply allows airflow through its 64% open perforation area.

What rack hardware must I already have to mount this 1U vent panel?

You need a standard rack or enclosure with a free 1U mounting space and the usual cage nuts or screws to secure the 16-gauge aluminum panel.
