Outdoor LTE feed mounts on a satellite dish to deliver carrier-aggregated CAT6 connectivity in remote areas with IP68 protection
The Mikrotik LDF LTE6 kit mounts on a standard satellite TV dish to turn the reflector into a high-gain cellular antenna. It targets users in very remote areas that still fall within cellular coverage but lack usable signal strength. The integrated CAT6 LTE modem supports carrier aggregation across multiple bands simultaneously. A single 10/100 Ethernet port and PoE input simplify cabling for outdoor deployment.
With the built-in 8 dBi antenna the unit delivers modest gain on its own, yet a sufficiently large dish can push total amplification to 30 dBi or more, enabling connectivity where mobile service would otherwise be absent. The IP68-rated enclosure withstands dust, sand and temporary immersion, so stormy weather does not interrupt the link. Performance ultimately depends on dish size and cellular tower distance, and the single 10/100 port caps wired throughput at 100 Mbps.
The device accepts 12 to 57 V passive or 802.3af/at PoE, so installers must provide a compatible injector or switch within that voltage window. A satellite TV dish is not included and must be sourced separately; without it the antenna gain remains at the built-in 8 dBi level. The compact 94 x 94 x 150 mm housing fits standard feed arms, and one MiniPCI-e slot is available for future expansion.

Yes, the unit accepts 802.3af/at PoE on its single 10/100 Ethernet port, so a legacy 802.3af switch can power it.
Log into the RouterOS interface and check the LTE status page; it will show active carrier aggregation and the bands currently in use.
The kit supplies the LDF LTE6 feed with 8 dBi antenna and the CAT6 LTE modem only; a satellite TV dish and a PoE injector or switch are not included.
