SC12 Series Cutting Tip Size 2

This Smith Equipment SC12-2 cutting tip is designed for oxy-fuel cutting with acetylene. It fits handheld and machine torches using the SC12 series. The one-piece tip design suits general-purpose metal fabrication and repair work.

3/4 to 1 1/4 Inch Cutting Range

The tip cleanly cuts steel plate from 3/4 inch up to 1 1/4 inch thick. Within this window it delivers a stable preheat and a smooth cutting oxygen stream. Material thinner than 3/4 inch or thicker than 1 1/4 inch falls outside the calibrated range and will not cut correctly.

DG and SC Torch Compatibility

The tip mounts on Smith DG and SC series cutting torches and works with SC205 and SC209 cutting attachments. It will not fit other manufacturers' torch bodies or attachment styles. Buyers using non-Smith equipment or different tip series cannot use this tip.
