Medium Back Cap for TIG Torches
This pack contains two medium-size back caps designed for Weldcraft TIG torches. They fit the 20FHD torch and a wide range of series 9 and series 20 models. The caps seal the rear of the torch head during GTAW welding.
Compatible Torch Models and Series
These caps replace worn or lost originals on torches including the WP-9, WP-20, WP-20V, WP-9F, WP-9V, and PTA-9 series. They also suit W-250, W-280, W-375, A-125 and PTW-20 series torches. The jump is worth it when the existing cap threads are damaged or the seal fails.
Package Quantity and Fitment Limits
Each package supplies two caps marked with reference number 41V35. They cover medium-length torch bodies across the listed series. They do not fit short or long back-cap variants required by some other torch configurations.

Questions about this item
What torch models does the 41V35 back cap fit?
The 41V35 back cap fits Weldcraft torch models 20FHD, 20H-320-25R, 20P, 25, 9, 9F, 9FVB, 9HP, 9P, 9V, 9VB, PTA-9, PTA-9F, PTW-20, WP-20, WP-20V, WP-9, WP-9F, WP-9FV, WP-9V, WP-R9F and WP-R9FV.
How is the back cap installed on the torch body?
Thread the 41V35 cap onto the compatible torch body by hand until the sealing face seats firmly; do not use pliers, as over-tightening can distort the threads and prevent a proper gas seal.
When should the 41V35 back cap be replaced?
Replace the cap if the threads are galled or stripped, the sealing face is pitted, or the cap no longer seats flush on the torch body — any of these will leak shielding gas.
