Miller Weldcraft 45V27 Gas Lens

This Miller Weldcraft 45V27 gas lens is a copper and brass consumable designed for TIG welding torches. It fits 1/8 inch tungsten electrodes and is sold as a pack of two. Professional welders and fabricators use it to improve shielding gas coverage on critical joints. The lens replaces standard collet bodies on compatible torch models.

Fits Series 17 18 26 Torches

The gas lens threads directly into WP-17, WP-18 and WP-26 series torches along with their flex-head, valve and pencil variants. It also matches HW-17, PTA-17, PTA-26 and PTW-18 handles plus A-150, A-200, A-250, W-350 and W-410 machine torches. Installation requires no special tools and frees the welder from turbulent gas flow that can contaminate the weld pool.

1/8 Inch Electrode Capacity

Each lens accommodates a single 1/8 inch tungsten, delivering smooth laminar flow for stainless steel, aluminium and exotic alloys.
