Purpose-Built Packaging

The Minigrip MG3525 is a transparent, reclosable poly bag designed for shipping and mailroom operations. It serves businesses that need a reliable, small-format enclosure for sorting, protecting and despatching lightweight items.

Daily Handling

Each bag measures 2 inches wide by 3 inches long with a 2 mil wall thickness and features a press-seal closure that can be opened and closed repeatedly. The clear film allows instant visual identification of contents, while the thin profile keeps parcel bulk to a minimum during packing.

Upgrade Considerations

This pack of 1000 units replaces ad-hoc bagging methods such as tape-sealed sleeves or oversized envelopes that waste material and time. The step up is justified when a workflow demands consistent dimensions, resealable access and high-volume throughput without the cost of custom-printed mailers.

Questions about this item

What sealing standard does the MG3525 reclosable bag use, and what thickness does that limit it to?

The MG3525 uses a press-to-close zipper seal built into the 2 mil polyethylene film, so the closure is integral to the bag material itself.

What are the exact inside dimensions the MG3525 must fit within to close properly?

Each MG3525 bag measures 2 inches wide by 3 inches long, so contents must sit inside that 2 x 3 inch footprint for the zipper to engage.

How are the MG3525 bags packed, and what handling step avoids jamming the zipper tracks?

The MG3525 ships as a flat pack of 1000 bags; separate them one at a time and press the zipper tracks clean before first use to prevent misalignment.
