Minigrip MG3600 Reclosable Poly Bag

This pack contains 1000 transparent reclosable poly bags suited for shipping and mailing tasks. The MG3600 model provides a simple way to seal and protect small items during handling. Offices, warehouses and home-based sellers can use them for organising parts or sending lightweight parcels.

Lightweight material keeps handling effort low

Each bag is made from thin 2 mil polyethylene that adds minimal weight to shipments. The low mass helps keep postage costs down while the flexible film resists tearing during normal packing. No special equipment is needed to close or open the seal repeatedly.

Reclosable seal supports repeated access

The built-in closure lets users open and reseal the bag without tape or heat tools. Transparent walls allow quick visual checks of contents without unsealing. Supplied in a bulk quantity of 1000, the pack reduces reorder frequency for high-volume mailing operations.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the MG3600 bag correctly so the closure stays locked?

Press the interlocking tracks together from one end to the other using firm, even pressure; the step people miss is leaving a small gap at the corner, which lets air in and breaks the seal.

Will the 2 mil polyethylene need replacement if I reuse the same bag multiple times?

The 2 mil material is rated for single-use shipping; repeated opening and closing fatigues the tracks and thins the film, so plan on a fresh bag from the 1000-count pack for each shipment.

What fails first when a packed MG3600 sits under stack weight for weeks?

The 2 mil sidewalls creep first, allowing the bag to bulge and the reclosable track to lose alignment before the bottom seal gives way.
