Minigrip MG3740 reclosable bag pack

The Minigrip MG3740 is a bulk pack of one thousand transparent poly bags designed for shipping, mailing and general storage. Each bag measures six inches wide by eight inches long with a four-mil wall thickness. The reclosable seal allows repeated opening and closing without tape or heat equipment. This quantity suits high-volume fulfilment operations and busy mailrooms.

Opening the pack and sealing bags

The box opens flat and the bags separate cleanly for fast loading at a packing station. The interlocking groove clicks shut with finger pressure; no tools or dispensers are required. Misaligned tracks are the only common snag — running a thumb along the seal realigns it instantly. Dust or debris on the lip can weaken the closure, so keep the work surface clean.

Capacity limits and headroom

One thousand bags cover extended shipping runs for small parts, documents or lightweight accessories. The four-mil material resists punctures from typical contents such as cables, hardware kits or printed matter. Sharp edges or items heavier than the film can take will breach the bag, so heavier or abrasive loads need a thicker gauge or a padded mailer instead.
