Minigrip MG3825 Reclosable Poly Bag

The Minigrip MG3825 is a transparent reclosable poly bag designed for shipping and mailing operations. Each bag measures 12 inches in length and 9 inches in width with a 6 mil thickness. The pack contains 500 bags suitable for securing various items during transit.

Sustained load performance

The 6 mil construction provides consistent durability when bags are filled to capacity and handled repeatedly. The reclosable seal maintains its integrity across multiple open and close cycles during packing workflows. This thickness resists tearing under the weight of typical shipped contents without splitting at the seams.

Thermals noise and power

As a passive packaging supply, the product generates no heat, noise, or power draw during storage or use. The transparent material allows visual identification of contents without opening the bag. No electrical connection or environmental control is required for normal operation.

Questions about this item

Do the 12 x 9 bags run quietly when the packing station operates all day?

The bags are passive poly material with a press-seal closure, so they add no mechanical noise, heat or power draw to a continuous packing line.

What equipment must I already have to use the reclosable seal on these bags?

Only finger pressure is needed to close the interlocking groove; no heat sealer, tape dispenser or powered tool is required.

Will the 6 mil thickness hold up when paired with the heavier corrugated shippers I keep on hand?

At 6 mil the film resists punctures from sharp box edges and supports typical parcel weights without tearing.
