White block poly bags

These Minigrip MG4020 bags are clear polyethylene pouches with a white write-on block for labelling. Each bag measures 5 inches by 8 inches and has a 4 mil wall thickness. The pack contains 1000 pieces. They suit mailrooms, fulfilment desks and light industrial packing stations that need quick identification.

Upgrade from plain poly bags

The white block replaces hand-written labels or separate sticky tags on standard clear bags. The jump is worth it when volume makes labelling speed a bottleneck and smudge-free marking matters. Buyers who need tamper-evident closures or heavy-duty puncture resistance will not find those features here.

Capacity and headroom

One thousand bags support several weeks of daily shipping for a small operation or a single large campaign. The 4 mil film handles typical documents, clothing and lightweight parts without tearing. Sharp edges, heavy hardware or prolonged outdoor exposure will exceed the material's limits.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the MG4020 bags so I can check if my items will fit?

Each bag measures five inches wide by eight inches long with a four mil thickness, giving a clear internal space for small parts or documents.

How do I seal the MG4020 bags correctly without trapping air?

Press the interlocking tracks together from one end to the other using your thumb and forefinger, making sure the seal is fully engaged before moving to the next section.

When should I replace an MG4020 bag if I reuse it for storage?

Replace the bag when the white write-on block becomes illegible, the zipper tracks no longer align, or the clear film shows clouding or tears that compromise the seal.
