Mitsubishi ESD10U Projector Lamp

The Mitsubishi ESD10U is a complete 250W replacement lamp module that includes a new Ushio P-VIP bulb pre-mounted in its housing. It is designed for owners of compatible Mitsubishi projectors who need a ready-to-install light source without separate assembly.

Buyers who need a drop-in module

This unit suits anyone whose projector specifies the ESD10U or VLT-EX100LP lamp code and who wants the convenience of a pre-assembled housing. It is not for users whose projectors require a different lamp type or wattage, nor for those who only want a bare bulb without the housing.

Fits directly into the projector

The lamp installs straight into the projector's lamp compartment with no extra parts required. It frees you from handling a fragile bare bulb and from aligning a separate reflector, while delivering up to 2,000 hours in normal mode or 3,000 hours in economy mode.

Questions about this item

Which Mitsubishi projector models accept the ESD10U lamp module with the VLT-EX100LP part number?

This lamp module is built to the VLT-EX100LP specification and fits the Mitsubishi projectors that list that part number in their service manual.

Will the 250 W Ushio P-VIP bulb draw the same power as the original lamp in my older Mitsubishi unit?

Yes, the replacement uses a 250 W P-VIP bulb that matches the original wattage, so the projector’s power supply sees the same load.

How can I verify the lamp is operating correctly after installation?

Reset the projector’s lamp-hour counter, then confirm the menu shows zero hours and the image reaches full brightness without flicker.
