Questions about this item

How loud does the 250W Ushio P-VIP lamp run during long sessions?

The lamp itself has no fan; projector cooling determines noise, so sound level matches the original Mitsubishi EX100U module.

What must I already own to install this replacement lamp?

A Mitsubishi projector that accepts the VLT-EX100LP module; the lamp ships as a complete housing for direct swap-in.

Will the 250W lamp work reliably in an older Mitsubishi EX100U unit?

Yes — it is built to the same electrical and mechanical spec as the factory lamp for consistent ignition and run-time.
