Compatible Mitsubishi EX52U projector models

This replacement lamp module fits Mitsubishi EX52U projectors using the VLT-XD520LP part number. It arrives as a fully assembled 280W Osram P-VIP bulb inside its housing for direct installation. Buyers with a different Mitsubishi model or a third-party projector should verify the exact part number before ordering.

Check your current lamp part number

Confirm that your projector requires the VLT-XD520LP module before purchasing. The lamp uses a 280W Osram P-VIP bulb rated for 2,000 hours in normal mode or 3,000 hours in economy mode. Ensure the projector housing accepts this specific assembly and that the existing lamp has reached the end of its rated life.

Rated life and power draw in normal use

The 280W Osram P-VIP bulb delivers 2,000 hours of operation in normal mode and up to 3,000 hours in economy mode. Power consumption remains at 280W during use, so the projector's cooling system must handle this thermal load. Economy mode extends the interval between replacements while reducing brightness output.
