Ready-to-install projector lamp module

This Mitsubishi HC77-60D replacement lamp arrives as a fully assembled 160W Ushio NSH bulb inside its housing. It is designed for owners of compatible Mitsubishi projectors who need a direct, tool-free swap when the original lamp reaches end of life. The module matches the OEM form factor so installation takes only minutes.

Consistent output across 2000 to 5000 hours

In normal mode the lamp is rated for 2000 hours of operation, while economy mode extends that figure to 5000 hours. Brightness and colour stability are maintained throughout the rated span rather than dropping off after a short burst, giving predictable performance for regular home-cinema or presentation use.

160W draw with standard cooling requirements

The 160W NSH bulb operates within the thermal envelope designed for the host projector, so existing fan profiles handle heat without extra noise. Power consumption stays fixed at the rated wattage, and the lamp meets ISO9001 quality checks for ignition reliability and run-time consistency.

Questions about this item

How much heat and power does the 160W Ushio NSH bulb produce during all-day use?

The lamp draws 160 watts, so it generates noticeable heat; the projector’s built-in cooling handles normal and economy modes rated for 2,000 and 5,000 hours respectively.

Which Mitsubishi projectors accept the HC77-60D lamp module without extra parts?

It fits projectors that use the VLT-HC7000LP lamp code, including the HC7000 series, and installs as a complete housing with no additional components required.

Will the 160W Ushio NSH lamp work reliably in an older HC7000 projector that has run earlier lamps?

Yes, the module is built to ISO 9001 standards and tested for ignition, voltage and run-time, so it performs consistently in the original projector chassis.
