Ready-to-install replacement lamp

The Mitsubishi LX-7950 VLT-XL7100LP is a new 350W projector lamp module that ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing. It is designed for owners of compatible Mitsubishi projectors who need a direct replacement without separate component assembly. The unit arrives ready to fit, reducing downtime during maintenance.

Fits Mitsubishi projectors using the VLT-XL7100LP

This lamp replaces the original light engine inside supported Mitsubishi models, restoring brightness without requiring additional tools or external power changes. It frees the user from sourcing a bare bulb and separate cage, simplifying the swap to a single step. Compatibility is limited to projectors that accept the VLT-XL7100LP designation.

Rated 3,000 hours normal and 4,000 hours economy

Under continuous operation the lamp delivers up to 3,000 hours in normal mode and up to 4,000 hours when the projector runs in economy mode. Output gradually declines over that span rather than failing abruptly, allowing planned replacement. The 350W UHP bulb maintains stable ignition and voltage throughout the rated life.

Questions about this item

How long before the 350 W UHP bulb reaches its rated end of life in normal mode?

The lamp is rated for 3000 hours in normal mode before replacement is needed.

What happens to heat and fan noise when the lamp runs continuously in economy mode?

Economy mode lowers power draw, so the projector runs cooler and the fans spin more quietly during all‑day use.

Which Mitsubishi projector models accept the VLT‑XL7100LP housing without extra parts?

The module fits projectors that list the VLT‑XL7100LP or LX‑7950 as the original lamp; no additional adapters are required.
