Genuine DMD Chip for Mitsubishi QWIZDOM WD570U

This OEM DLP chip is a direct replacement for the Mitsubishi QWIZDOM WD570U projector. It restores image quality when the original micromirror device has developed dead pixels or stuck mirrors. The part suits technicians and owners who need a tested component to return the projector to service.

Straightforward swap with basic precautions

Installation follows the standard DMD replacement procedure for this projector model. The chip has been tested at least three times to confirm a clear image with no dead pixels before shipping. Electrostatic discharge can damage the micromirror array, so use an anti-static strap and handle the part only by its edges.

Verify the exact projector model before ordering

Confirm that the unit is a Mitsubishi QWIZDOM WD570U, as this chip is not interchangeable with other Mitsubishi or third-party projectors. Check the service manual for the correct disassembly steps and ribbon-cable routing. Ensure you have the necessary small tools and a clean workspace to avoid contaminating the optical block.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the DMD chip projects a clear image with no dead pixels after installation?

The chip has been tested at least three times to project a clear image with no dead pixels, so a test pattern should show a uniform picture without missing dots.

What is included with the genuine OEM DMD chip for the WD570U and what must be sourced separately?

The package contains the DMD chip itself; thermal paste, mounting hardware and any service tools required for the projector are not included.

Which DMD chip version matches the Mitsubishi QWIZDOM WD570U projector?

This genuine OEM chip is built specifically for the WD570U model, so it is the correct version for that projector.
