Fits WD-82837 owners only

The module suits owners of the listed Mitsubishi model who need a direct replacement. It does not suit owners of other Mitsubishi TVs or different brands. Buyers who want an original-equipment bulb inside the housing should verify availability before ordering.

90-day warranty period

The supplier backs the lamp with a 90-day warranty on the new assembly. This coverage length is the key specification for judging purchase risk. Weight is 0.9900 units as shipped.

Questions about this item

Will the WD-82837-LAMP-A housing fit the Mitsubishi WD-82837 TV without modification?

Yes, the WD-82837-LAMP-A is a direct-fit lamp and housing assembly built specifically for the Mitsubishi WD-82837 TV, so it slides into the existing lamp compartment without any modifications.

What is the common mistake when installing the WD-82837-LAMP-A and how do I avoid it?

The frequent error is touching the bare bulb glass with bare fingers; oils create hot spots that shorten lamp life, so handle the module by the housing frame and wear clean gloves during installation.

How often will the WD-82837-LAMP-A need to be replaced under normal viewing?

A typical DLP lamp runs several thousand hours before brightness drops noticeably; the included 90-day warranty covers early failures, after which replacement timing depends on daily usage hours.
