Replacement lamp for Mitsubishi XL2550U

This projector lamp module fits the Mitsubishi XL2550U and ships as a complete housing with a 261W Ushio NSH bulb installed. It is intended for users who need a direct replacement without separate bulb handling. The unit arrives new and ready for immediate installation.

Rated output across two operating modes

In normal mode the lamp delivers 2,000 hours of rated life, while economy mode extends that figure to 5,000 hours. The 261W rating remains constant, so brightness and colour stability are maintained throughout each session rather than dropping off after a short burst. Users can select the mode that matches their typical duty cycle.

Thermal and power profile in regular use

The 261W power draw is fixed, giving predictable heat output and fan demand inside the projector chassis. No additional cooling or power-supply changes are required beyond the projector's original design. Consistent ignition and voltage characteristics keep acoustic levels in line with the manufacturer's baseline.
