Moldex 6445 Ear Plugs NRR 27 Corded Green PK 50 personal protective equipment

Hearing Protection Ear Plugs

The Moldex 6445 ear plugs provide a Noise Reduction Rating of 27 dB for reliable hearing protection in loud environments. They feature a flanged, push-in design made from soft plastic HAWA material for a comfortable fit. A green plastic cord connects the pair to prevent loss during use. Each bulk package contains 50 reusable pairs, unwrapped in a plastic bag.

Suitable Users and Limitations

These plugs suit workers in industrial, construction or automotive settings who need reusable, corded hearing protection with a moderate attenuation level. They are not metal detectable, so they do not meet requirements for food-processing or pharmaceutical facilities that mandate detectable PPE. Buyers who need a higher noise reduction rating or single-use disposable plugs should look at other options.

Deciding Specification — Noise Reduction Rating

The NRR of 27 dB is the single figure that determines whether this model matches the noise exposure level of the intended application. Verify that 27 dB satisfies the attenuation required by your site safety assessment before purchase.
