This 20 metre duplex cable uses 50/125 micrometer OM4 fibre with LC/UPC and SC/UPC male connectors. It is built for enterprise networks, telecom rooms, server farms and cloud storage networks that need high-throughput multimode connections.

Capacity and headroom for 10G 40G 100G

The cable supports 10G transmissions up to 400 metres and 40G or 100G transmissions up to 100 metres. At 20 metres it provides ample headroom for all three speeds, while OM4 specification allows longer runs than OM3. Beyond 100 metres at 40G or 100G the link budget is exceeded and signal integrity drops.

OFNR rating and multimode interface limits

The OFNR jacket meets riser flame ratings for vertical runs between floors.
