Cat5e patch cable for wired networks

This Monoprice Cat5e patch cable uses 24 AWG stranded pure bare copper conductors with 50 µm gold-plated contacts for reliable wired networking. The 14 ft blue cord is rated to 350 MHz bandwidth and meets UL 444 and TIA-568-C fire and safety standards. Color-matched snagless boots protect the RJ45 connectors during installation and removal.

Verify RJ45 ports and length before ordering

Ensure both devices have standard RJ45 jacks and that a 14 ft run reaches between them without tension. The cable is unshielded UTP, so keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources such as power cables or fluorescent ballasts. Confirm your switch, router or network card supports at least Cat5e performance to use the full 350 MHz rating.
