Five Pack DisplayPort 2.0 Cables

This five pack supplies six foot DisplayPort 2.0 cables rated for 80.0Gbps total bandwidth. Each cable carries video, audio and adaptive sync signals between a graphics card and a monitor. The bundle suits builders wiring multiple displays or keeping spares for future upgrades.

Check Ports and Resolution Needs

Verify that both source and display have full size DisplayPort connectors before ordering. Confirm the graphics driver and monitor firmware support the desired resolution and refresh rate combination. The cables are backward compatible with DisplayPort 1.2 and 1.4 devices.

Multi Monitor Builders and Future Proofing

These cables suit users running dual 8K@120Hz panels with DSC or a single 16K@60Hz display with HDR10 and 30bpp colour. Buyers needing longer runs, angled connectors or a single cable should look at other options.

Questions about this item

What comes in the 5-pack and do I need anything else to connect my monitor?

The pack contains five DisplayPort 2.0 cables, each 6 ft long with a connector on both ends. No extra adapters are required for a standard DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort link.

Should I choose the 6 ft length or is a different length available for this model?

Model 142998 is offered only in the 6 ft length; the 5-pack simply gives you five identical cables of that length.

What does the 80.0Gbps bandwidth actually deliver on my gaming monitor?

It enables a single display at 16K 60 Hz with HDR10 and 30bpp colour, or dual 8K 120 Hz displays using DSC, plus tear-free G-Sync and FreeSync operation.
