Monster 1 E62 Open-Ear Clip-On Earbuds

The Monster 1 E62 are open-ear clip-on earbuds that sit outside the ear canal. They use Bluetooth 5.4 for wireless audio and calls. A 13 mm PVK composite driver delivers the sound. Active noise cancellation and environmental noise cancellation reduce background noise during calls. The charging case provides a total of 32 hours of playback time.

For listeners who want awareness

These suit commuters, office workers and outdoor exercisers who need to hear surroundings while listening. The IPX5 rating resists sweat and rain. Buyers who want in-ear isolation or deep bass impact should look at a different design. Anyone needing a wired connection cannot use this model because there is no jack.

Simple pairing and daily charging

Open the case to enter pairing mode and select the earbuds on your device. Touch controls handle playback, volume and calls without a phone. The case charges via USB-C. A common issue is the clip pressure feeling tight after several hours. Another is occasional Bluetooth dropouts in crowded radio environments.

Questions about this item

Does my device need Bluetooth 5.4 to use these open-ear clip-on earbuds?

They connect via Bluetooth 5.4 and will pair with any phone, tablet or laptop that supports Bluetooth audio, even if the host uses an earlier version.

Will the 13 mm PVK composite drivers work well alongside a wired headset I keep for studio use?

The open-ear design leaves your ear canals free, so you can wear these clip-ons while a wired headset rests around your neck without interference.

How can I confirm the active noise cancellation is actually reducing background sound after I put them on?

Toggle the ANC mode via the touch controls and listen for a noticeable drop in steady low-frequency noise such as engine hum or air-conditioner drone.
