Internal Ethernet print server adds wired network connectivity to compatible Zebra barcode printers
This internal network card adds wired Ethernet connectivity to Zebra ZT210, ZT220 and ZT230 barcode label printers. It installs inside the printer chassis to enable direct LAN printing without a separate external print server. The part is supplied new and matches Zebra part number P1038204-01.
The card draws minimal power from the printer's internal supply and produces no audible noise because it has no moving parts. Heat output is negligible and does not affect the printer's normal operating temperature range. No additional cooling or power provisioning is required.
The package contains only the internal print server board; no cables, mounting hardware or configuration utilities are included. Setup is performed through the printer's existing control panel or web interface once the card is seated. Buyers who need a USB or parallel connection, or who require an external print server for non-Zebra models, will not be served by this part.

Power off the printer, open the rear access panel, slide the card into the internal slot until it clicks, then secure the retaining screw; the step often missed is fastening that screw before closing the panel.
The card has no moving parts or consumables; replacement is only required if the network interface fails or if you upgrade to a printer model that uses a different internal form factor.
Sustained throughput is bounded by the printer’s own print-engine speed and buffer capacity, so the print server itself does not introduce an earlier bottleneck.
