A 60W kit with a 20-pin ATX DC-DC board and 60W AC-DC adapter for Morex Mini-ITX cases
This MorexLab kit supplies a 60 W DC-DC board and matching AC-DC adapter for compact systems. The 20-pin ATX connector works with both 20-pin and 24-pin motherboards using the included 20-to-20+4 cable. It fits most Morex Mini-ITX cases as a direct replacement. All required cables are in the box.
The board operates from 0 to 45 °C under normal load. The 60 W rating defines the maximum sustained draw from the wall. No fan is present on the DC-DC board itself, so acoustic output depends on the case airflow. Power delivery follows ATX specification without a -5 V rail.
The single figure that decides fit is the 60 W combined output of the DC-DC board and AC-DC adapter. Builds needing more power for discrete graphics or many drives cannot use this kit. Buyers who want more storage or higher CPU headroom must choose a higher-wattage solution.

Mount the 156 mm x 30 mm x 19 mm board in the case, connect the DC input cable to the AC-DC adapter, then attach the 20-pin to 20+4-pin ATX cable; the removable 4-pin section must match the motherboard connector.
The external 60 W AC-DC adapter is the wear item; expect to replace it after several years of continuous operation when output voltage drifts or the unit fails.
The 0–45 °C operating temperature range is the first constraint; sustained 60 W load in a confined chassis can push the board past 45 °C, causing thermal shutdown.
