1966 Volkswagen Beetle Coca-Cola Collectible

This 1/24 scale diecast model replicates the 1966 Volkswagen Beetle in red with Enjoy Coca-Cola graphics and a roof rack. It is an officially licensed product made for adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts. The model arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging. True-to-scale detail defines the exterior, interior and engine compartment.

Static Display Durability

The model is constructed from diecast metal with some plastic parts and features real rubber tyres. As a stationary collectible, it does not endure mechanical load or thermal stress during use. Opening doors and the engine compartment reveal detailed components meant for occasional handling. Long-term condition depends on careful display and storage rather than sustained operation.

Build Quality and Daily Handling

Diecast construction provides a substantial feel while the rubber tyres and opening panels add interactive detail. The roof rack and Coca-Cola branding are integrated into the bodywork. Dimensions measure approximately 6.25 inches long, 2.5 inches wide and 2.75 inches high. Collectors should handle the model gently to preserve paint and small accessories.

Questions about this item

Will the 6.25-inch length fit on a shelf built for older 1/24 scale diecast cars?

At 6.25 inches long, 2.5 inches wide and 2.75 inches high, this 1/24 scale model matches the standard footprint for the scale, so it will sit on any shelf spaced for 1/24 diecast without overhang.

Does the model require any glue, paint or tools to display the opening doors and engine compartment?

No assembly is needed; the diecast body with plastic parts arrives fully finished in the original unopened box, and the doors plus engine lid open by hand for immediate display.

Can the roof rack be removed if I want the Beetle to match a 1966 Volkswagen without the Coca-Cola livery?

The roof rack and Coca-Cola graphics are fixed parts of this officially licensed casting, so the model cannot be converted to a plain 1966 Beetle without altering the factory finish.
