Scale and Purpose

This 1/27 scale diecast model replicates the 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Z71 Crew Cab in black and white with a flashing light bar. It is an officially licensed collectible designed for adult hobbyists and display enthusiasts. The model features detailed interior and exterior elements, real rubber tyres, and opening front doors. It arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging.

Display and Power

The model measures approximately 8.5 inches long, 3 inches wide, and 3.375 inches high, making it suited for shelf or cabinet display without requiring a specialised case. It operates on three included 1.5 volt AAA batteries to activate lights and sounds. No external power source or assembly is needed, freeing the owner to position it immediately upon unboxing.

Interactive Features

Three AAA batteries are supplied in the box, so the light and sound functions work straight away. Pressing the activation button once triggers the first sound, while a second press plays a different sound. The flashing light bar and front and rear lights operate alongside these audio effects. The diecast metal construction with plastic parts ensures durability for repeated handling.

Questions about this item

How long will the three included AAA batteries last when the lights and sounds are used continuously?

The model uses three 1.5 V AAA batteries to power the flashing light bar and two sound effects; continuous run time depends on battery brand and usage pattern.

How much heat does the diecast body generate after the lights and sounds have been running all day?

The LED light bar and sound module draw very little current, so the metal body stays at room temperature even after extended operation.

What else must I supply before the truck's lights and sounds will work?

Nothing — the required three AAA batteries are already installed in the model.
