Scale and purpose

This 1/24 scale diecast model replicates the 2022 Ford Police Interceptor Utility in LAPD black-and-white livery. It is aimed at adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts who value officially licensed replicas with authentic detailing. The model arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging.

Power and operation

Three AAA 1.5 V batteries are included and power the light bar plus front and rear lighting. Two distinct sounds play when the activation button is pressed, alternating with each press. No external power source or charging is required.

Accessory impact

The supplied batteries make the lighting and sound features work immediately without a separate purchase. Real rubber tyres and opening front doors add tactile realism but do not change the display footprint. The sealed box preserves collector-grade condition.

Questions about this item

How do I install the batteries for the light bar and sounds, and what step is often missed?

Open the battery compartment, insert the three included AAA 1.5 v cells matching the polarity marks, then close the cover securely; the step often missed is removing the plastic insulator tab before first use.

What maintenance or replacement will this model need later?

The three AAA 1.5 v batteries will eventually need replacement; otherwise the diecast body and rubber tyres require only occasional dusting.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the lights and sounds?

Battery drain limits continuous operation; the two sound effects and flashing light bar will stop once the three AAA cells are depleted.
