Everyday Android for Boost Mobile users

The Motorola Moto G Power XT2117 runs Android on a Snapdragon 662 with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. It targets buyers who need a simple, carrier-locked phone for calls, messaging and light apps on the Boost Mobile network. The 6.6-inch IPS LCD at 1600 x 720 and 60 Hz covers basic media consumption.

Battery-first endurance under daily load

A 5000 mAh cell supports multi-day runtime between charges when used for typical social, browsing and streaming tasks. The Snapdragon 662 and Adreno 610 sustain moderate workloads without aggressive throttling, while USB-C 15 W charging refills the pack at a modest pace during overnight top-ups.

Straightforward setup with carrier lock

Insert a Boost Mobile SIM, follow the on-screen Android 11 upgrade prompt and expand storage via microSD up to 512 GB if needed. The side-mounted fingerprint sensor and 3.5 mm jack work immediately. Buyers who need an unlocked device or support for other carriers should look elsewhere.

Will my existing microSD card and wired headphones work with the XT2117?

Yes, the phone includes a microSD slot supporting cards up to 512 GB and retains a 3.5 mm headphone jack for wired audio accessories.
