Essential smartphone for light use

The Samsung Galaxy A01 is a compact Android phone with 16 GB of internal storage and 2 GB of RAM. It runs Android 10 out of the box and can be upgraded to Android 11 with One UI 3.0. The 5.7-inch PLS IPS display offers a 720 x 1520 resolution. It is locked to Verizon for prepaid service.

16 GB storage with microSDXC expansion

The 16 GB eMMC 5.1 storage handles a modest number of apps, photos and system files. A dedicated microSDXC card slot provides room for additional media without sacrificing the Nano-SIM slot. Heavy app libraries or large offline media libraries will exceed the built-in capacity quickly.

Verizon-locked prepaid activation

This unit is carrier-locked to Verizon and intended for prepaid plans only. It will not accept SIM cards from other networks. Buyers needing an unlocked device or compatibility with a different carrier should look elsewhere.
