Mount-It MI-386 Motorized Fireplace TV Mount 37-70" 77 lbs

Fireplace TV Mount 37-70

This motorised fireplace TV mount lowers a screen up to 22.6 inches for comfortable viewing above a mantel. It supports 37-70 inch displays weighing up to 77 lbs with VESA patterns from 200 x 100mm to 600 x 400mm. The articulating arm provides 25 degree swivel and 3 degree tilt. A remote controls the powered lift.

Check Wall Type and Stud Spacing

The mount requires a solid wall or double studs with 16 inch spacing for secure installation. Verify that your fireplace surround is non-combustible and can accommodate the 20.6 by 25.6 inch mounting plate. Confirm your TV's VESA pattern falls within the 200 x 100mm to 600 x 400mm range and its weight does not exceed 77 lbs. Ensure a power outlet is accessible for the motor.

Build Integration and Cable Management

The unit extends 6 to 19 inches from the wall and includes cable clips to route wires neatly behind the screen. Its black finish suits most living-room décors. The powered lift frees you from manual adjustment while the articulating arm clears the mantel when lowered. No additional mounting hardware beyond the supplied kit is needed for standard stud installation.
