1/25 Scale Model Kit for Hobbyists

This 1/25 scale plastic model kit reproduces the Taco Trike from the Trick Trikes series by MPC. It is intended for hobbyists who enjoy assembling and painting detailed replicas. The kit is rated Skill Level 2, so some modelling experience is helpful. Paint and cement are required but not included.

Custom Wedge Body with 327 V8 Engine

The defining specification is the custom "Muy Loco" wedge body paired with a detailed 327 cubic inches V8 engine. This combination sets the character of the build and determines whether the subject matches the builder's interest. The kit also features injector stacks and a Taco-matic "T" shifter for added authenticity.

Three Transparent Colour Options Included

The box supplies clear parts moulded in three distinct colours: Habanero Pepper Orange, Petunia Purple, and Clear. This variety lets the builder choose the rear window and light finish without sourcing extra material. Chrome plated parts, hollow drag slicks, deep dish racing wheels, and a "Bigger than Texas" decal sheet are also bundled.

Questions about this item

What does the 1/25 scale mean for the finished model size?

The 1/25 scale means every dimension on the kit is one twenty-fifth of the real Taco Trike, so the completed model fits on a shelf or display case.

How does the 1/25 scale relate to other model kits I might own?

At 1/25 the Taco Trike matches the common scale used for many plastic car and truck kits, letting it sit alongside them in a consistent collection.

What does the 0.43 kg weight tell me about the kit contents?

The 0.43 kg shipping weight reflects the plastic sprues, chrome parts, vinyl tires, metal axles and decal sheet packed in the vintage-style box.
