USB Condenser Microphone for Streaming

The MRSDY V5-P is a USB condenser microphone built for streaming, podcasting and voice recording on PC, Mac and PlayStation consoles. It connects with a 78 in USB cable and requires no driver installation. A built-in 3.5 mm headphone jack provides real-time stereo monitoring with zero latency. The unidirectional polar pattern focuses on sound directly in front of the capsule.

Suited for Solo Voice Work, Not Multi-Person Capture

This microphone suits solo creators who need plug-and-play operation with hardware mute, gain and noise-cancellation controls. RGB lighting can be toggled off for a distraction-free setup. It is not designed for round-table discussions or field recording because the unidirectional capsule rejects off-axis sound and the package only includes a tabletop stand.

Check USB Port and Headphone Compatibility

Verify your device has a free USB-A port for the 2 m cable. Confirm your headphones use a 3.5 mm TRS or TRRS plug for the monitoring output. The microphone draws power from the USB bus so no external supply is needed. Ensure you have desk space for the included stand measuring 3.54 x 3.54 x 6.3 cm.

Questions about this item

What type of headphones can I plug into the 3.5 mm jack for real-time monitoring?

Both 3-pole TRS and 4-pole TRRS headphones are supported for latency-free monitoring through the built-in jack.

Will the unidirectional polar pattern still pick up my mechanical keyboard if I keep it on the same desk?

The unidirectional pattern focuses on sound from the front while the noise-cancelling button actively reduces background typing and clicking noises.

How do I confirm the microphone is actually muted after I press the button?

When muted the RGB lighting turns solid green; when active it resumes the dynamic gradient so you can see the status at a glance.
