Processor and Graphics

The MSI Aegis ZS2 desktop pairs a 12-core AMD Ryzen 9900X processor with an NVIDIA RTX 5070 graphics card carrying 12GB of video memory. Twenty-four gigabytes of DDR5 system memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD complete the core specification. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Expandability and Limits

Four DDR5 slots support up to 256GB of RAM, while three M.2 sockets and four SATA 6G ports provide ample room for additional storage. The 750W 80+ Gold power supply and four PCI-E x16 slots leave headroom for future upgrades. Buyers who need a larger factory SSD or more than 24GB of RAM out of the box should look elsewhere.

Graphics Memory

The RTX 5070 ships with 12GB of dedicated video memory, a fixed amount that cannot be increased later. This capacity determines whether the system fits workloads such as high-resolution textures or large 3D scenes. Verify that 12GB meets your target applications before purchasing.
