15.6" 144Hz FHD Gaming Laptop

The MSI Katana A15 is a 15.6 inch gaming laptop with a 144Hz FHD display. It runs on an AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS processor with 8 cores and a 5.2 GHz boost clock. The system includes 64GB of DDR5 memory and a 4TB PCIe SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Home and an Office 2024 license.

GeForce RTX 4070 8GB GDDR6 Graphics

The single specification that decides fit is the GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU with 8GB of GDDR6 video memory. This GPU determines the rendering performance and feature set available in modern titles. Buyers should verify that this graphics tier matches their target resolution and quality settings before purchase.

Opened Chassis for Upgrade Validation

The factory seal is opened by engineers to install the 64GB DDR5 and 4TB PCIe SSD upgrades. Each unit is then inspected and tested to reduce factory defects. The original 1-year manufacture warranty remains on unmodified components, while upgraded parts carry a separate 1-year warranty. No user assembly is required.
