Delivers 1000W with 80+ Platinum efficiency up to 92%, native 12V-2x6 for 600W GPU support, ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 compliance, full modularity in a compact 150mm frame.
The MSI PRO A1000PL PCIE5 is a fully modular ATX 3.1 power supply rated at 1000W. It targets professionals and enthusiasts who need reliable, efficient power for modern GPUs and CPUs in productivity or gaming systems.
This unit adds a native 12V-2x6 connector that can deliver up to 600W to PCIe 5.1 graphics cards without adapters. The jump is worth it when your GPU requires the new connector or when 80 PLUS Platinum efficiency up to 92% matters for sustained loads.
The 150mm-long chassis fits most cases while freeing space for airflow and cable routing. It comfortably powers high-end GPUs and multi-drive arrays through 12V-2x6, three PCIe, two EPS, and SATA connectors. Headroom shrinks if total system draw approaches the 1000W limit or if more than three PCIe devices are needed.

The power supply measures 150 mm long and 150 mm wide in standard ATX form factor, fitting most cases and leaving room for cable routing and airflow.
Connect the included 24-pin ATX, two EPS, one 12V-2x6, three PCIe and two SATA cables only as needed; the fully modular design means forgetting to plug the 12V-2x6 into a PCIe 5.1 GPU is the common oversight.
The internal cooling fan is the only moving part; its bearings can wear over time, so plan to replace the fan if noise or RPM drop appears.
