17.3-inch 4K 120Hz gaming laptop

The MSI Stealth GS77 pairs a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti GPU. A 17.3-inch IPS panel delivers 3840 x 2160 resolution at 120 Hz. Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR5 4800MHz memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD complete the core specification. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Factory-upgraded unit with opened box

Technicians open the manufacturer box to install the advertised upgrades and run inspection tests. All components are brand new. No end-user assembly is required beyond initial Windows setup. The main risk is transit damage to the 240W power brick or the 99 WHr battery, so inspect both on arrival.

Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI external limits

Thunderbolt 4 supports one 4K display at up to 60 Hz or two 4K displays at lower refresh rates. The HDMI port also outputs 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz maximum. Driving the internal 120 Hz panel plus external monitors reduces available GPU bandwidth for gaming workloads.
