The MTX Terminator TN1202 is a 12-inch car subwoofer built for drivers who want deep bass without a complex multi-driver setup. Dual voice coil and ALDS motor

The 1.5-inch dual voice coil works with the Asymmetrical Linear Drive System, using a flat progressive spider and extended pole piece for piston-like motion. Spider Plateau Venting directs air at the coil to manage heat during extended play. A polypropylene cone with rubber surround resists fatigue and environmental wear. The 5.44-inch mounting depth and 11.08-inch cut-out fit many standard enclosures, though shallow-mount installations are not possible.

Systems already running high-power monoblocks above 200 watts RMS will not gain further headroom here.
