A compact 180 W DC-ATX picoPSU that converts 12 V input into full ATX power for any 24-pin motherboard
This 180 W picoPSU accepts a 12 V DC input between 11.4 V and 13 V and delivers ATX-compliant voltages through a 24-pin connector. It is built for fanless, space-constrained builds such as ITX chassis, mini PCs, POS terminals or thin server cases. The board measures roughly 55 mm by 35 mm by 13 mm, making it suitable for 17 cm square motherboards. An external 12 V source rated at 20 A or higher is required.
The package supplies a DC-ATX module plus an output connection cable kit that breaks out standard ATX rails and HDD power leads. This harness lets the single 24-pin board feed CPU, motherboard logic and peripheral drives without extra adapters. All cables are terminated for direct connection to the corresponding headers on the target board.
Confirm that your external 12 V supply can sustain at least 20 A continuously within the 11.4 V to 13 V window. The motherboard must present a standard 24-pin ATX socket; proprietary or reduced-pin layouts will not mate. Builds needing more than 180 W total or auxiliary PCIe power connectors fall outside this module’s capacity.

The unit ships with a 24-pin ATX connector and an output cable kit; both are passive components with no moving parts, so they do not have a scheduled replacement interval.
The 12 V input is rated for a maximum of 20 A, so the supply hits its input-current ceiling before any individual output rail reaches its 8 A limit.
At >92 % efficiency the module dissipates only a small fraction of 180 W as heat and has no fan, so it runs silently and relies on case airflow or a heatsink to stay within the 0–40 °C operating range.
